Viktor Robertovich Tsoy was buried in this cemetery in St. Petersburg on August 19, 1990. ( at least I think so. ) People have left all sorts of stuff here: flowers, pictures, you name it.. ( check out that giant poster in the second picture! compare with the lady walking in the right side of the picture.. :-) I have GOT to get one of those for my room.. )
